How can I create a Barion shop?

To create the shop, select the Manage my shops menu item after logging in to your Barion Wallet. After clicking on the Create new shop button, you need to provide the following data. You can request approval if you have already provided everything. The subsequent examination usually takes place in a few days.

I do not know the answer to the security question. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

To change your password, it is essential that you answer the security question you selected when your registered in order to avoid any abusive practice.  If you are an identified user already, then contact our customer service desk to select a new security question and give the answer to it.    If you are not an identified user yet, and you forgot all of your log in credentials, then we can not sure that you are the owner of the wallet (except if you can prove it with official documents, if so, contact our customer service).

I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

If you forgot your password, and cannot log in, you can give a new password on the login page, with the Did you forget your password? option. In this case you have to answer your security question, which you gave, when you activated your wallet.  After you enter your email address and verification code, we will send you an email. Click on the link in the email, then enter your new password and the answer to your security question! Then all you have to do is log in with your new password!

How can I top up my Barion Wallet?

There are two options to top up your Barion Wallet: either by bank transfer or using a bank card in the wallet. Bank transfers work during bank time only, i.e. on working days during working hours. Topping-up with your bank card is the most convenient option, you can do it 24 hours a day, even on weekends. You can access the precise topping-up instructions and your unique top-up code in your Barion Wallet, after clicking on the Topup button.

My wallet has been suspended. What should I do?

Your Barion Wallet will become automatically suspended if any of the limits in the system is exceeded.  If you are an individual with an incomplete profile, and reach the limit in your wallet, your wallet will become suspended until you provide your personal data in the My Wallet/Profile menu item.  Or, if you, for instance, initiate a withdrawal (bank transfer) higher than the annual limit from your wallet with the  Simplified due diligence level, or your balance is higher than allowed, your wallet will remain suspended until the completion of the comprehensive due diligence process.  If your wallet has been suspended due to reaching any of the regulatory limits please start a video identification proccess.  To start a video identification you need to fill out all the data, then save them. After it, you can ask for the video identification.  Important! If you have a shop, but reached the limits, the Barion Smart Gateway is still works smoothly and continuously, the amounts of the transactions keep coming in your wallet.
